A leading European civil engineering company operating in the Middle East had recently completed a major highway project of building six motorway bridges. Following this a complete and detailed valuation of the machinery and equipment was required.
Work
As a result of the potential litigation, a valuation of the civil engineering production machinery and equipment was required. This was required to be conducted both on an in-situ and ex-situ basis.
The assets were inspected, and detailed market research concluded.
Outcome
The resulting valuation enabled the company and its advisors to complete a detailed analysis of the business for litigation.
