Verification of assets at iconic UK car brand

Brief

A European automotive OEM required the facilities management assets to be identified and reconciled with current records.

Work

Utilising a comprehensive capital asset hierarchy structure, we inspected and recorded the description, specification, location and condition of each in-scope asset over a 3-month programme over the 1,000 Ha site.

Outcome

The outcome of our work enabled the OEM’s FM team to obtain clarity of each asset to incorporate the planned maintenance programme.
