Another heritage site valued by Hickman Shearer

Leading independent capital asset valuation company Hickman Shearer Ltd in association with Asset Physical Assets Management service provider MANI Industries and FTI Consulting, were instructed to value the capital assets of  the aerial cableways company located in Cape Town, South Africa.

The site is one of the official New7Wonders of Nature, and the only one to be located in an urban area, making it highly accessible. Competing against major international attractions, Table Mountain made it to the top seven after a campaign that attracted more than 100-million global votes.

This is not the first time Hickman Shearer has valued unique heritage assets, having valued such sites as the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jodrell Bank Observatory in the UK.

Hickman Shearer continues to expand its services into the African continent having recently completed valuations for the agriculture industry in East Africa, mining in West Africa and sea ports in Southern Africa.
