The University of Manchester required a reinstatement cost insurance valuation of all non-land and buildings assets.
Located over 360 UK sites across 3 faculties: Biology, Medicine & Health, Science & Engineering and Humanities, the assets included many state of the art research and engineering assets as well as the historic John Rylands library and legendary Jodrell Bank telescope.
Each asset was inspected and valued over a period of 3-months providing a report enabling the University to aggregate asset values by either site, faculty or school.
Since the initial inspection the University has suffered two losses as a result of fire or flood and our work has ensured they were adequately insured.
