Consultancy Advice, Asset Valuation and Marketing of Asset for a Sugar Refinery

Brief

Alongside a specialist sugar industry consultant, Hickman Shearer were engaged by a Bahraini lender to provide consultancy advice. This was to assist in the remarketing of a 1500t per day sugar refinery in Bahrain.

Work

The work by Hickman Shearer included two components:
  • A valuation of the Asset and to market the Asset for sale
  • An operational feasibility study of the Asset

Outcome

As a result of the work, the client was provided with an accurate valuation and feasibility study (provided by the Sugar Consultant).

In addition, a detailed marketing strategy and budget was provided and executed.
