Hickman Shearer is delighted to have advised investors in Twickenham Film Studios, The Creative District Improvement Company, with capital asset valuation services of the film stage and studio mixing and grading equipment.

Our expertise in the sector enabled us to provide robust accurate and valuation advice for the acquirers for financial reporting and in raising debt to support further investment.

Twickenham film studio is one of the largest purpose-built film studios in the UK and has been home to classics such as The Italian Job and Zulu but more recently, award-winning productions including 1917 and Bohemian Rhapsody. The studio will now join the wider Time & Space Studios group (www.timeandspacestudios.co) who plan to build further studios in Ashford and Liverpool.
